         Bruce Smith has successfully tried cases to judges, juries and commissioners. He understands that success in the courtroom means not only being persuasive at trial but also being aggressive in preparing a case. Often cases can be won or settled at advantage because of steps taken before trial, or before suit is even filed. His clients appreciate that he communicates with them clearly and truthfully and that he prepares extensively prior to filing the first pleading. Mr. Smith accepts a variety of types of litigation including breach of contract, eminent domain/condemnation, fraud claims, homeowner and contractor disputes, equine, and land related cases.
